Terms & Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the Hotels’ website and payments via payment gateway system through Kalidonis Hotels Pty Ltd.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, Kalidonis Hotels shall not be responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or non-performance of obligations under this Terms and Conditions. The links provides on the Kalidonis Hotels’ website are for the convenience of site visitors and are provided in good faith. Kalidonis Hotels Pty Ltd does not accept liability for the contents or links provided on these websites.
Rates
All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are non-commissionable. Rates may increase without notice due to any changes or imposition of government charges, taxes or levies. Rates as advertised are subject to change at any time and may increase or decrease at the Kalidonis Hotels’ discretion.
Cancellations
Cancellation/Amendment Policy & fees
Bookings cancelled/amended 48 hours or less prior to arrival will incur 100% cancellation fee equivalent to the total value of the reservation.
No Shows
Guests who do not show for their confirmed reservation will incur 100% no show fee equivalent to total value of the reservation.
Payments & Credit Facilities
Payment
A 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking. Full Payment will be processed on arrival to the credit card provided at time of booking for the total reservation value, less any deposit paid.
All care must be taken by the guest to ensure that the information provided in the credit card form is correct.
Any incidental or additional charges incurred during the guest stay will require payment on departure.
Credit Card & Cash Deposit
Guests will be asked to provide a credit card or cash deposit to cover incidental room charges and additional accommodation charges, if required. If you provide a credit card, the hotel will process a pre-authorisation, which processes a pending transaction on your credit card. This holds funds for duration of up to 7 days but does not withdraw this from your account. When you check out, any room and accommodation charges will be processed on your credit card, which will release the pre-authorisation transaction. If you provide a cash deposit, you will be required to pay $350 cash (AUD) at check in which will be allocated to your room. When you check out, any room charges will be deducted from your cash deposit and any remaining funds will be refunded in cash during check out.
Credit Card Surcharge
A surcharge of equal to that charged by our Bank will be levied at time of payment in full.
Due to processing requirements, on occasion we will be unable to confirm a reservation immediately.
We intend to provide you with all the services that you request from us, however, we are unable to offer a guarantee.
Identification
Upon arrival at your selected property Guests must provide valid International, Federal or State Government issued photographic identification for security purposes. The booking must be under the name of the person checking in. In addition, the Guest must also provide a credit card in the name of the photographic ID.
Check In Time
Check in time is 2:00pm. Check in before this time is subject to availability, additional charges, occupancy and room type reserved.
Check Out Time
Check out time is 10:30am. Check out after this time is subject to availability, additional charges, hotel occupancy and room type occupied.
Early Check In
If a guest requires a guaranteed check in for arrival prior to 2:00pm then payment for the night prior to guarantee the availability of the room is required.
Late Check Out
Late check out past the checkout time can only be confirmed and organised on the day of departure. To guarantee a late check out past the checkout time the guest needs to book and pay the night of departure.
No Party Policy
Kalidonis Hotels has a strict no party policy. In the event that any apartment/guest is identified as having a party, we reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the apartment up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the apartment to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the accommodation is non-refundable. In addition, the registered guests will be required to settle the account prior to departure for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the apartment, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.
No Smoking Policy
Kalidonis Hotels advises that smoking in the Apartments, Rooms or inside common areas is prohibited. Smoking is permitted in outside common areas with signage designating the allowable smoking areas. Smoking is permitted on the balcony of the Apartments. Any guest found in breach of the non-smoking policy may be charged additional cleaning fees ($500 minimum charge) and loss of revenue compensation. Guests who fail to comply with the non-smoking policy may be requested to vacate their room and the premises and forfeit any deposits made.
Car Parking
Onsite carparking is available. Kalidonis Hotels accepts no liability for any loss or damage of personal items whilst in the designated car park. The Hotel also accepts no liability or responsibility for any damage occurred to the vehicle whilst in the car park. We recommend all guests to have full and comprehensive insurance so the insurance cover can cover any potential claims.
Number of Guests per Room
The maximum number of guests per room may vary depending on room type and bedding available in the room. Confirmation of availability of room type, required bedding and number of guests should be made at time of reservation.
Each room must have an adult aged 18 year and older.
Housekeeping Services
Housekeeping will service rooms on a weekly basis as a minimum or as agreed with the guest. Rates include a weekly service and additional charges may be levied for additional servicing.
Overbooking
In the event that the Hotel is unable to provide the confirmed rooms, the Hotel reserves the right to provide alternative accommodation at another hotel of similar category or standard.
Availability
All accommodation requests are on a request basis and subject to availability at time of booking.
Foreign Currency
Conversion into foreign currency is given as an indication and is not binding. Only the currency confirmed during your reservation is confirmed.
Insurance
Kalidonis Hotels recommends you purchase Comprehensive Travel Insurance. We suggest that the policy include, but not limited to, the following coverage; loss of payment through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage, loss of money and medical expenses.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The products and/or services described in and available through the site may not be available in your country. We make no representation that the services or products offered in the site are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. The site is operated from Australia and it is governed by the laws of Australia.
